Broader mental health support for PMI

New app-based mental health support and an enhanced journey through Care Hub to give your clients access to the care they need.

It’s no secret we’re facing mental health challenges in the UK. Our most recent Britain’s Healthiest Workplace findings show that rates of anxiety and depression have risen 75% between 2014 and 2023.1

We know that providing the right mental health support can be life-changing. We already offer a wide range of mental health support – from Headspace to earlier intervention through Talking Therapies and beyond. But that is only just the start.

We’re enhancing our mental health cover for your PMI clients by introducing a new digital support pathway

A new app-based platform powered by Wysa

NEW digital mental health support. For clients with less severe mental health concerns - where a referral for Talking Therapies, out-patient or in-patient care is not needed - this new pathway provides access to over 150 evidence-based exercises designed by psychologists.

Once registered, clients can access these exercises on demand, 24/7, empowering them to manage their mental wellbeing on an everyday basis.

Access to the right care

Enhancing our Care Hub experience to recommend the right support for every member

NEW Through Care Hub, members will be recommended the most appropriate mental health support option for them in minutes, including Talking Therapies, guided digital self-management, or Headspace.

Clients with more severe symptoms will be signposted to more urgent support, including SOS/Crisis line support services as well as to A&E.

Everyday care expanded

“Our new digital support pathway builds on our already market-leading approach to comprehensive mental health cover and our commitment to deliver immediate support in the palm of your clients’ hands. Our everyday care options now include Vitality GP, app-based support, physiotherapy and Talking Therapies cover, as well as digital diagnostic services. All of this can be accessed through Care Hub to empower your clients to get the support they need.”
